John and Pauline have lived in Alice Springs for 43 years, and during this time they have seen the town grow from 4,000 people to 30,000. They have pastored the local assembly for 30 years and they have experienced God's faithfulness during this period. They have 4 children all serving the Lord Jesus Christ, and 9 grandchildren and many many souls saved and serving God in the Ministry. Do you know if you're going to Heaven when you die? How do you know?
When you think about eternal life, what comes to mind? Can we know for certain where we will spend eternity when we die?
   Yes we can! The bible says that eternity has two destinies, eternal life (in the presence of God) or eternal punishment (outside the presence of God or separation from God)
Many believe that everyone goes to heaven if they are being "good", however the bible is very clear that there are two destinies for us, Heaven or Hell.
"I tell you the truth, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life and will not be condemned; he has crossed over from death to life. (John 5:24)
"Then they [the unsaved] will go away to eternal punishment, but the righteous to eternal life." (Matthew 25:46)
The good news is: God has given us a choice between eternal life and eternal punishment.
